🔁 Simplified Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except:

• in case of a defective product;
• or an error on our part.

In these situations, return costs are fully covered by Get Cuisine Shop.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unused;
• in perfect condition;
• returned in their original packaging.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5 to 10 business days.
