At Get Cuisine Shop, we aim to provide a transparent and satisfying shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions applicable to returns, exchanges, and refunds.


🕒 Return Period

Our standard return policy is 30 days from the receipt of your package for all our customers (including in Canada and internationally).

Exception for France and the European Union: In accordance with current consumer law in the EU, customers residing in France and the European Union benefit from a legal withdrawal period of 14 days to return a product without justification.

As such, you can contact us within this period to request:
- a return;
- an exchange;
- or a refund.


1️⃣ Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for:

  • a different size;
  • a different color;
  • a variant of the same product (subject to availability).

❌ Exchanges for a completely different product are not permitted.

👉 If you wish to obtain another item, please submit a return request for a refund and then place a new order.

  • By default, refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

However, a refund may be partially refused if the returned product is:

⚠️ Lost packages without proof of shipment or tracking number cannot be refunded.
